Touch is a topic that gets brought up a lot in yoga and movement education circles. I’m guessing if you’re seeing this, you’ve also seen and possibly participated in these discussion.
It’s such an important discussion to have. It’s not a simple one, and it doesn’t get any simpler by avoiding the conversation or similarly by avoiding touch.
There must be dialogue for comfort to ever be possible. And there must be education for dialogue to be informed.
It’s not as simple as leaving touch out and always avoiding it, because it’s deeply biologically important to us as humans.
But it’s also not as simple as then using that knowledge to touch without permission or conversation or understanding, either.

In this workshop we dig into this conversation through the lens of adjustments and assists in the yoga space. With that said, all of the work we cover in this class has application beyond the practice space too. It’s also the beginning of a much larger conversation around touch vocabulary. It’s the first step in the critical study of the language of touch.
Let’s dig into this work together.
€115 or if registered before May 1st, €95
